BespokeVM Privacy Policy

BespokeVM is an operations app for hotel operators and their staff and service providers. This policy explains what information BespokeVM collects, how BespokeVM uses it, and your choices. It applies to the BespokeVM app and website at bespokevm.com (the "Service").

Information we collect

BespokeVM collects only what it needs to run the Service: your name, work email, role, and organization; your mobile phone number if you provide it for sign-in links and notifications; the content you enter, such as messages, tasks, audit responses, and photos; and basic technical data like IP address and log data.

How BespokeVM uses it

BespokeVM uses this information to operate and secure the Service, sign you in, send you service messages and notifications, provide support, and comply with the law. BespokeVM does not use your information for advertising and does not sell it.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from BespokeVM, such as secure sign-in links and walkthrough report or reply notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; typically up to 2 messages per day for transactional alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact support@bespokevm.com. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can manage your preferences on the BespokeVM SMS Notifications page.

BespokeVM does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates. SMS consent information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

How BespokeVM handles your information

BespokeVM does not sell your information and does not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes, marketing, or advertising. BespokeVM discloses information only when required by law or to protect people's safety. Within your organization, the content you create is visible to other authorized users according to the Service's access controls.

Data retention & deletion

BespokeVM keeps your information while your account is active. When an account or property relationship ends, BespokeVM deletes or de-identifies the associated data, typically within 90 days, unless it is required to keep it longer. You or your organization can request deletion by contacting BespokeVM below.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. BespokeVM does not sell or share your personal information. To make a request, contact BespokeVM below; requests are verified using your account information.

Security & children

BespokeVM uses reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, though no system is completely secure. BespokeVM is a workplace tool and is not directed to anyone under 16.

Changes

BespokeVM may update this BespokeVM Privacy Policy and will revise the date above when it does. See also the BespokeVM Terms of Service.
